Experienced Cook/Chef - Sushi Maker

The Chef is the back bone of the kitchen team, and will be involved in mis-en-place, service, plating, stock rotation and general cleaning/organisation. This position will provide the opportunity to learn from some of the best.

- Intermediate English skills are essential, with the ability to communicate confidently in a conversational setting.
- Must be available Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 3:00pm.
- Must hold a valid visa with working rights in Australia.
- Experience in Japanese cuisine or a similar hospitality environment is preferred.
- Job Type: Full-time, Part-time or Permanent – depending on your availability
