We’re now looking for a Part Time Diploma Educator — or someone who’s currently studying toward their qualification — to join our vibrant team and help create inspiring learning experiences for young children.
Where you’ll work
East Ivanhoe Preschool is located in a newly built space designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning with modern facilities and beautiful environments that support children to explore and grow. Our dedicated team are looking for educators that are passionate about high-quality education and community connection.
Role Details:
Lunch Cover Diploma Educator
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 11:30am to 2:30pm
12 lunch cover hours per week.
What You’ll Do
As a valued member of our teaching team, you’ll:
- Support play-based learning programs that nurture each child’s growth and development
- Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver exceptional education and care

What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward it)
- A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and commitment to ongoing learning
- Current Working With Children's Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and reliability
