Junior Sous Chef- Bar Kitchen

The Rose and Crown Hotel is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to take ownership of our busy bar kitchen, run your own team and play an active role in menu development for the bar kitchen.

Working closely with and reporting to the Executive Chef/Head Chef, youll oversee daily kitchen operations, lead and develop your team, maintain high food and presentation standards, and contribute fresh ideas to our menu.

Were looking for someone who is punctual, hard working, reliable and hands on, with strong leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen workplace.
