CBRE is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to support a premium portfolio in South Australia. This is a strong career move for someone with early facilities experience, a trades or maintenance background (or a similar operational environment) who is ready for broader responsibility, stakeholder exposure and structured growth.

You will partner with an experienced Facilities Manager to coordinate services, contractors, compliance and day-to-day operations across the portfolio. The role offers flexible working while keeping you connected to the assets and people you support.

Here’s what you’ll focus on

- Support the Facilities Manager with daily operations and delivery of planned and reactive services.
- Coordinate contractors, work orders, quotations and follow-up of outstanding actions.
- Assist with site inspections, maintenance planning and accurate operational reporting.
- Help maintain compliance records, contractor documentation and portfolio information.
- Build effective relationships with tenants, clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Identify practical improvements that support safe, consistent and cost-conscious service delivery.

- Early experience in facilities, building services, maintenance coordination,



trades administration or a related operational role.
- A practical understanding of maintenance activities and confidence working with contractors.
- Strong planning, communication and stakeholder service skills.
