Centre Director | 80-Place Early Learning Service | Inner West, Sydney

We're looking for an experienced Centre Director to lead an 80-place service in Sydney's Inner West. You'll join a well-established centre with a committed team, supportive families and a strong reputation in the local community.

The role

- Lead and develop a team of educators and build a positive, collaborative workplace
- Oversee quality programmes aligned with the EYLF and NQS, working towards Exceeding
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community
- Manage occupancy, budgets and day-to-day operations
- Ensure compliance with regulations, safety and wellbeing standards

About you

- 2+ years' experience as a Centre Director or Nominated Supervisor
- ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
- Solid knowledge of the NQF, NQS and Education and Care Services National Regulations
- Current NSW Working With Children Check, plus first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
- Child Protection training
- A calm, approachable and organised leadership style
