The VCAA is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high quality curriculum, assessment and reporting for all Victorian student's birth to 18 years. An exciting opportunity exists to join the Curriculum Division in the F-10 Curriculum Design Unit in an ongoing full-time position.

The F-10 Curriculum Design Unit is a small, high-performing team within a busy, dynamic work environment. The ability to think flexibly and strategically, adapt to changing priorities, work closely with internal and external stakeholders and autonomously manage tasks to completion is essential.
Role Purpose
As Project Officer, you will provide effective administrative, project and operational support to members of the F-10 Curriculum Design and Implementation Branch. You will coordinate project activities, schedules, meetings and governance processes to support the delivery of curriculum and policy projects including those aligned with Victoria's Treaty reform agenda and truth-telling in the Victorian Curriculum F-10. Other tasks will include providing administrative support for the Victorian Curriculum F-10 website, preparing, maintaining and analysing data, maintaining project documentation and coordinating workshops and events.
Attributes
Your capacity to collaborate, provide high-quality administrative support and promote continuous improvement across the branch will be pivotal for your success. Your strong writing and communication skills will be utilised in the preparation of reports and papers for project governance boards,
development of presentations for executives, internal and external stakeholders and writing briefings, correspondence and communications.
Qualifications and Experience
Desirable:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in a related area
- Experience in administration and project management
