Wise West Connect is seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Casual Support Workers to support our Disability and Aged Care operations across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.

About the Role

As a Casual Support Worker, you will deliver quality support services across our Disability and Aged Care operations. Shifts are adaptable and may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Transport participants to appointments, shopping, and community activities
- Prepare meals and assist with nutrition
- Administer and manage medications in accordance with care plans and organisational policies
- Provide social support and respite for families and carers
- Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and pressure care
- Support community access and participation
- Perform domestic assistance and light household duties
- Apply safe manual handling practices
- Complete accurate documentation, progress notes, and incident reporting
- Deliver services in accordance with NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
- Promote dignity, independence, choice, and inclusion

Essential Requirements

- Experience working within Disability Support and/or Aged Care
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current National Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate




- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable)
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Right to work in Australia
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care, or equivalent
- Infection Control training
- Experience with medication management
- Manual handling experience
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine commitment to providing safe, respectful, and person-centred support
