Clinical lead/RN required for daily clinical and operational management of small private Community Nursing company, specialising in Hospital in the Home services.

Leading 12x amazing and capable RNs and 1x admin. Growing business.. Help is needed to provide clinical leadership, support, advice and singe point-of-contact for clinical escalations for RNs, and for referrers, operations management, and overall clinical oversight alongside owner/director. Full-time admin support already in place, however admin and scheduling support needed based on clinical need and priority, as well as invoicing oversite and support.

Happy to consider and negotiate work from home, school friendly hours, and salary.

Role would suit, energetic, fun, outgoing with outstanding clinical skills and judgement.

Necessary requirements:

- PICC line experience
- VAC dressing experience
- Complex wound care experience
- Current community/acute care experience
- Leadership experience- not essential
- Proficient computer skills
- Team attitude- our leaders are PART of the team and work WITH staff to get outcomes (this does not mean all hands-on deck clinically, but backup if needed is desirable in event of sick leave etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

- Aged Care: Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to elderly clients.
- NDIS Services: Support NDIS participants in achieving their health and personal goals.
- DVA Nursing: Deliver dedicated care to veterans under the DVA program.
- Hospital in the Home: Administer IV antibiotics, negative wound pressure therapy (NWPT), wound care, medication management, and catheter management in a home setting.
- Training: Educate and train carers and support workers to ensure excellent patient care.

Qualifications:

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with AHPRA.
- Experience in aged care, NDIS, DVA, and private nursing- not essential
- Proficient and recent skills assessed with PICC lines, IV antibiotics administration, NWPT, wound care, medication, and catheter management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
