We are offering a unique opportunity to join a small qualified team in a family owned funeral home, with more than 30 years experience.

Previous experience is welcomed but training is also offered.

The position will commence as a Funeral Director's Assistant to gain required essential knowledge and experience before being trained as a Funeral Director.

Our Funeral Directors look after each family from start to finish. They are in charge of every detail of the funeral service from the first meeting with the family till the end of the funeral, making it a more personal and rewarding experience for all concerned.

Applicants must be compassionate, patient and well organised. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate attention to detail.

Duties will include arranging and conducting, mortuary work, transfers and general duties associated with operating a funeral home. Regular heavy lifting is required.

The position is full time with regular overtime.

Current Police check and drivers' licence are essential. A medical check may be required.

Fluency in written and spoken Greek is essential for communication with our clients.
