We're looking for an experienced and influential Quality Manager to join our operations team at our Pipe Road AgriChem manufacturing site.

As a key member of the site leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of site quality, contamination prevention, laboratory operations and continuous improvement. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of high-quality products to our customers while driving a culture of operational excellence across the site.

What will you be doing?

Develop and execute the site Quality strategy, ensuring compliance with regulatory, corporate and regional quality standards while driving a culture of quality excellence and continuous improvement.
Own and continuously improve all Quality systems, including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, non-conformance management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA processes and compliance programs.
Oversee laboratory operations, analytical testing capabilities and method development activities to support manufacturing performance and product quality outcomes.
Champion the site's contamination prevention program, providing technical leadership, risk assessment and mitigation expertise across manufacturing operations.
Lead the introduction of new products, raw materials and process improvements through effective change management,



technical governance and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives through data-driven decision making, statistical process control (SPC), Root Cause Analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Lead, coach and develop a team of laboratory and quality professionals, building capability and succession strength across the function.

What do you bring?

You are an experienced Quality professional with strong technical expertise and a collaborative leadership style. You bring experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within manufacturing, along with a proven ability to lead quality systems, laboratory operations, investigations and continuous improvement initiatives. Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma and Root Cause Analysis methodologies, combined with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, will set you up for success in this role.
