About the Opportunity

Radical Recruitment is partnering with a well-established and respected supplier within the industrial gas, welding, and industrial equipment sector. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Account, Sales Relationship Manager to join their team in Western Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional who enjoys building long-term client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and providing technical solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
- Understand customer applications and provide suitable product and service solutions
- Prepare quotations, follow up enquiries, and manage the sales process from initial contact through to delivery
- Liaise closely with internal purchasing, operations, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales activity and customer records

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience within the industrial gas, welding,



or industrial equipment sector
- Must have strong knowledge of gas equipment, applications, and safety requirements
- Experience in account management, technical sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and solution-focused approach
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
