Our Bilbul winery is at the heart of a unique wine region, where tradition meets contemporary winemaking. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience across a range of winery processes while working alongside an experienced and collaborative cellar and winemaking team.

About the Roles:
With the 2027 Vintage season just around the corner, we are seeking to fill the following seasonal positions within our Riverina-based operation:
- Cellar Hands
- Laboratory Technicians
- Field Officers
These supervised roles cover a range of duties including grower liaison, grape receival and testing, processing of fruit, juice and wine, operation of key winery equipment, maintenance of winery equipment and general house keeping.
Key performance criteria for these roles include; minimising waste and damage to product, maintaining quality throughout the winemaking process and most importantly working in a safe and responsible manner at all times.
Applicants must be prepared and available to:
- Participate in an interview/selection process taking place on Thursday 12th of November 2026. (Options will include face to face and video conferencing for geographically remote applicants)
- Undertake employee screening including a physical assessment and urine drug and alcohol testing prior to commencement
- Participate in our Company's extensive employee induction program
- Work extended shifts as required
Whilst not essential, previous experience within the wine industry and relevant accredited training would be considered an advantage. Successful applicants must be committed and reliable, have the ability to work as a team member, be willing to learn new skills and have their own transport and accommodation. All training will be provided by the company.
