Our People & Culture Business Partnering team partners closely with frontline leaders to navigate people challenges, build leadership capability and create positive people outcomes.

You will be a hands-on HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and our people who make it a success. You will deliver work across employee relations matters, investigations, coaching and culture initiatives, helping leaders navigate challenges while building their confidence and capability.

Working alongside HR Business Partners, this is a role to support our operational leaders by providing practical advice, support and solutions that make a genuine difference to teams and workplace culture.

Your impact:

This is not a behind the scenes HR role. You will spend time with leaders and teams, building relationships, solving problems and helping create positive outcomes where they're needed most.

- Support frontline leaders with employee relations matters while building their confidence and capability to lead effectively.
- Manage performance, conduct, workplace conflict, attendance and other people matters through to resolution.
- Lead and support workplace investigations, providing practical advice and recommendations.
- Coach leaders through difficult conversations and support them to confidently manage people matters.
- Deliver training and discussions that strengthen team culture and workplace behaviours.
- Become a trusted advisor for our leaders and teams through regular site engagement and visible HR support.
- Identify opportunities to improve people practices, reduce risk and strengthen workplace outcomes.

About You





You will be a confident and capable HR professional who enjoys being close to the action, not removed from it and bring to the team:

- Demonstrated experience in employee relations and case management, ideally in complex or operational environments.
- Confidence in handling investigations and sensitive workplace matters.
- A practical, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Experience supporting or exposure to unionised workforces and industrial frameworks.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to spend time on-site supporting leaders and teams.
- Communication and skills, with the ability to build trust and influence leaders on-site.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to sites as required.
- Qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline.
