Disability Support Worker – 24/7 SIL Support

Vitium Cura is seeking experienced and reliable Disability Support Workers to join a team providing 24/7 support to an NDIS participant in Brisbane.

The participant requires ongoing assistance with personal care, daily living, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, medication support, community access, and supervision. Experience supporting participants with cognitive impairment/dementia and complex physical support needs is highly regarded. The participant also uses mobility and transfer equipment, including a wheelchair and mobile hoist. Sango_Plan

Requirements:

- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- First Aid & CPR
- National Police Check




- Valid Driver Licence and reliable transport
- Manual Handling/Hoist experience preferred
- Relevant disability/support qualification preferred
- Experience with personal care and complex support
- Reliable and able to commit to regular shifts

Shifts Available: Day, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
