Senior Chef Tournant – Multiple Venues

Only Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced and adaptable Chef Tournant to work across its multiple fast-paced Melbourne pub venues.

This candidate will work closely with the senior leadership team to provide hands-on support, training and operational assistance in the kitchen.

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous experience working in high-volume pub or bistro environments
- Strong all-round kitchen skills across different sections
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced services
- A flexible approach to rostering and venue requirements
- Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A professional attitude with a hands-on approach
- Must have own transport.
