Position Descriptor:

- Lead the contextualised and sustainable implementation of the SA Curriculum in collaboration with staff, students and the leadership team

- Provide training and support so that all teachers confidently implement a consistent approach in teaching literacy and numeracy, that reflects best practice

- Model and support the selection and implementation of pedagogies that develop students as effective learners

- Coordinate, oversee and evaluate intervention programs

- Build staff capability and provide support to collect, analyse and respond to student data, enabling informed decisions and improved outcomes for all students

- Ensure curriculum resourcing aligns with and supports the implementation of the Site Learning Plan
