Four Hundred is North Sydney's favourite Mexican bar — killer margaritas, bold Latin flavours, and a rooftop perch above Greenwood Plaza that puts you firmly out of office mode. We're part of the Tilley & Wills Hotels family, and if you haven't heard of us, here's the short version: we're an independent, multi-award-winning pub group with over 30 years of experience running some of Australia’s most iconic venues.

This is a brilliant prospect for a talented supervisor ready to take that next step into management — build your leadership skills across a vibrant season, and come up swinging when summer rolls back around.

What you'll be doing

- Running smooth, high-energy shifts from open to close
- Leading and supporting the floor team to deliver exceptional service





- Overseeing daily operations — cash management, opening/closing
procedures, stock control

- Ensuring compliance with RSA, liquor licensing, and WHS requirements

- Being the go-to person when things need problem-solving (and in hospo, they always do)

- Working closely with the Venue Manager to drive standards and team culture

What we're looking for

- Previous supervisory or team leader experience, ideally in an à la carte
restaurant or pub environment

- Current NSW RSA (mandatory)

- A natural leader who brings energy and positivity to every shift

- Someone who genuinely loves hospitality and takes pride in great service

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
- Availability Tues–Sat is ideal, approx. 25 hours available
