Key responsibilities (text) Working at IKEA has its perks and rewards:

- $29.65 per hour base rate (Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm)
- $44.49 per hour Sunday rate (9:00am to 11:00pm), plus above-award pay and applicable penalty rates, including weekends and public holidays

Additional Information:

- These roles are permanent, part-time 40 hrs/fortnight).
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). This role requires availability to work shift between 6am-10pm.

Team vision ( title) About this work area

Team vision (text) As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
- Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
- Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.




- Using different types of machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
- Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
