About Henny’s

Henny’s Deli is a new sandwich shop/deli opening at 618 Darling Street, Rozelle.

We’re creating a fresh, welcoming local spot built around great coffee, quality food and genuinely good service. As we prepare to open our doors, we’re looking for an experienced Barista to become an important part of the Henny’s team from day one.

About the role

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the machine and comfortable working in a busy café environment.

You’ll be responsible for preparing consistently great coffee while helping create the friendly, energetic atmosphere we want Henny’s to be known for.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing espresso-based coffees to a consistently high standard
- Maintaining quality and consistency during busy periods
- Keeping the coffee station clean, organised and well stocked
- Taking orders and assisting customers when required




- Working closely with our FOH team
- Opening and closing duties
- Maintaining excellent food safety and hygiene standards

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has solid experience working as a barista in a busy café
- Has strong espresso and milk-texturing skills
- Works quickly without compromising quality
- Is reliable and punctual
- Has a friendly, confident personality
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Takes pride in presentation and cleanliness
- Is available for morning and weekend shifts

Pay: $26.44 – $48.35 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
