We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Wash Bay Operator to join a busy civil and construction equipment operation based in Wetherill Park.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, physical work and takes pride in presenting heavy equipment to a high standard. With plenty of overtime available, there is strong earning potential of $1,800+ per week.

The Role
- Completing full washes and detailing of civil and construction equipment
- Pressure washing machinery, equipment and components
- Cleaning equipment internally and externally
- Removing dirt, grease, mud and other build-up from machinery
- Preparing equipment for customers, hire or workshop requirements
- Inspecting equipment during cleaning and reporting visible damage or issues
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe wash bay
- General yard and manual handling duties as required
About You
- Previous wash bay, detailing, equipment cleaning or similar experience preferred
- Experience around civil, construction, earthmoving or heavy equipment highly regarded
- Comfortable using pressure washers and cleaning equipment
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable with a robust attitude towards safety
- Full Australian work rights
