We’re a fresh seafood and fish & chips shop in Brunswick, Melbourne, looking for a friendly and reliable Part time Shop Assistant to join our team.

This is an ongoing position of approximately 24 hours per week.

No seafood or retail experience is necessary - we’re happy to provide training to the right person. We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, comfortable dealing with customers and willing to learn.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Serving and assisting customers
- Packing and displaying fresh seafood
- Preparing and maintaining seafood displays
- Basic food preparation
- General retail/shop duties
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
- Assisting the team during busy periods

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and punctual




- Is friendly and confident dealing with customers
- Can communicate confidently in English
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Can work well as part of a team
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Is looking for consistent, ongoing part-time work

No previous experience is required. Training will be provided.
