Traineeship (Certificate III in Individual Support)

This opportunity allows you to formalise your passion for care by studying a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) while gaining invaluable, hands-on experience in a supportive community environment.

What the Traineeship Offers

- A secure commitment of 15 hours per fortnight.
- Your fortnightly hours include 3 hours of dedicated, paid study time to help you succeed in your course.
- Receive a formal qualification with the benefit of a steady income and practical on-the-job training.
- Work alongside experienced care professionals who are dedicated to your growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to clients in their homes.




- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and social engagement and medical appointments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and always respect client privacy and dignity.
- Actively participate in all RTO training requirements and complete coursework on time.

Requirements

- A genuine desire to support and empower older individuals to live independently.
- Current Driver's Licence (essential for at-home care delivery).
- Willingness to obtain a National Police Check.
- Solid communication, reliability, and empathy.
