About the Role

We are seeking a qualified, certified, and highly experienced Arborist to join our professional team in Geelong, Victoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about arboriculture, workplace safety, and delivering high-quality tree management services.

The successful candidate will possess extensive industry knowledge, solid technical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a professional Arborist.
- Relevant Arboriculture qualifications (Certificate III in Arboriculture or higher preferred).
- Current industry certifications and licences relevant to arboricultural operations.
- Demonstrated experience in tree pruning, tree removal, tree maintenance, hazard assessment, and vegetation management.
- Strong knowledge of Australian arboricultural standards and best practices.
- Ability to conduct tree health assessments and provide professional recommendations.
- Current White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence (MR/HR licence highly regarded).
- Chainsaw and Elevated Work Platform (EWP) certifications desirable.
- Strong understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform tree pruning, maintenance, removals, and vegetation management activities.
- Conduct tree inspections, risk assessments, and health evaluations.
- Operate and maintain arboricultural equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures, environmental requirements, and industry regulations.
- Provide professional advice and exceptional customer service to clients.
- Complete required reports, documentation, and site assessments.
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment at all times.
