About the Role

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences. You will assist in overseeing service standards during shifts and take part in ensuring that the front of house runs efficiently. You’ll also maintain strong communication between the kitchen, team leader and manager and members in the service team.

Essential Criteria:

- Minimum 2 years’ leader experience in a front of house role within a busy restaurant environment
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards under pressure
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Confident handling customer feedback or complaints professionally
- Ability to work in a team setting
- Understanding of restaurant operations and service flow
- Must have an RSA

Desirable Criteria:

- Previous experience working in Asian or Vietnamese cuisine
- Vietnamese speaking background
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Drink making or bar experience
