Are you looking for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity? Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Attendant to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

We are seeking a customer service enthusiast with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. In this dynamic role, you will provide Food & Beverage service at Mangata Bistro & Bar, delivering friendly and professional service to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Duties

- Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
- Serve food and beverages professionally while adhering to menu knowledge, service standards, and dietary requirements.
- Prepare and maintain dining areas, ensuring cleanliness and presentation standards are met.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all touch points in the guest journey.

You'll Bring

- Experience working in multiple food & beverage operations – café, a la carte, banquet and bar
- NT certified RSA Qualification
- Knowledge in coffee, wine, beer, spirits and cocktails (preferred)




- Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
Have a good level of written and verbal English communication skills
