My GP North Lakes is a busy, GP-owned medical practice committed to providing exceptional, patient-centred care to our community.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis.

About You

You will be someone who:

- Has previous reception/administration experience (preferred - however, training will be provided)
- Is warm, professional and empathetic with patients
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Can confidently manage appointments, patient enquiries and payments
- Is able to multitask and work well in a busy environment
- Works well both independently and as part of a team
- Has a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Understands the importance of patient confidentiality

Your Role

You will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and assisting patients




- Managing appointments and bookings
- Processing payments and banking
- Managing correspondence and administrative tasks
- Liaising with patients and their families
- Providing administrative support to GPs and healthcare professionals
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice

Shifts: Morning, afternoon, 8-hour and weekend shifts as required.
