Support Worker – Gold Coast (Casual)

Heart-Led Support is looking for a casual Support Worker to join our team on the Gold Coast.

This is a casual role supporting an NDIS participant in the community, with the option to move to a permanent part-time (PPT) position once established.

What you'll do:

- Provide person-centred support in line with the participant's NDIS plan
- Assist with community access and daily activities
- Personal care support
- Build genuine rapport and support independence

What you'll need:

- Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card)
- Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- A bit of grit and good problem-solving skills
- Personal care experience highly regarded
- Open communication and coachability




- Strong communication skills and a flexible, reliable approach
