About the Role Support our team by ensuring facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll manage maintenance requests, perform repairs, and uphold safety standards.
Duration:
- Farmborough/Unanderra: ASAP starting, with potential to extend. Minimum 4 month contract
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritise tasks via CMMS
- Perform general maintenance: lighting, plumbing, painting, waste disposal
- Ensure contractor safety and site inductions
- Communicate with staff and residents
- Maintain WHS and compliance standards
About You
- Trade qualification or 2+ years' experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid police clearance
- WHS and building compliance knowledge
- CMMS familiarity (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, initiative, and communication skills
- Comfortable with both planned and reactive tasks
