About the Role

Provide HSEQ leadership and support across Greenbushes, ensuring compliance with company standards, managing site risk and reporting requirements, and fostering a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Conduct and facilitate safety interaction programs with operational departments.

- Support the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of the Macmahon HSEQ Management System and site-specific HSEQ plans.

- Coordinate workplace inspections, audits and HSEQ performance monitoring activities to ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements.

- Provide HSEQ advice, training and support to employees, contractors and site leadership.





- Maintain HSEQ reporting systems and promote a proactive culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- Recognised qualification in HSE/WHS (minimum Diploma).
- Current First Aid qualification.

- Current unrestricted C Class Driver's Licence.

- Formal incident investigation qualification (ICAM preferred).

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HSE role, preferably within the mining industry or a similar heavy industry workplace.

- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety standards, reporting procedures and risk management practices.

- Experience with safety management and reporting systems (INX preferred).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Strong literacy, numeracy and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
