What you'll be doing
Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.
About You
You are a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with current registration through the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and a strong foundation in delivering safe, high-quality patient care. You possess sound clinical knowledge and practical skills that enable you to assess patient needs, respond effectively to changing situations, and contribute positively to patient outcomes across a variety of healthcare settings.
You are recognised for your clinical problem-solving abilities, using critical thinking and evidence-based practice to make informed decisions that support optimal patient care. Your effective communication skills,
combined with proficiency in information technology, allow you to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues while maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation.
Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you excel at planning, coordinating, and delivering outcome-focused care that places the patient at the centre of decision-making. Organised, adaptable, and reliable, you are committed to maintaining high standards of care in fast-paced and dynamic environments. You are also flexible in meeting service needs, with experience working across rotating rosters including night shifts, weekends, public holidays, and on-call responsibilities, demonstrating your commitment to providing continuous, patient-centred care.
