Journey Early Learning Durack Centres are looking for experienced Certificate III or Diploma-qualified Educators!
You’ll create engaging, play-based learning experiences, build meaningful relationships with children and families, and work alongside a collaborative team to support children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
Permanent Part-Time | Up to 37.5 hours per week | Hours may vary
✨ About the Role
As a Permanent Educator, you’ll:
Create engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
Build strong relationships with children and families
Support children’s learning, independence and development
Contribute to observations, planning and documentation
Work collaboratively with your Lead Educator and wider team
Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning workplace
About You
We’re looking for experienced educators who are confident in their practice and passionate about creating positive outcomes for children.
You’ll bring:
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous experience working within an early learning environment
Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
A warm, reliable and collaborative approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
Completed National Child Safety Training
