Experienced Barista – Busy Café | 25–35 Hours Per Week
We are looking for a highly experienced Barista to join our busy café in Glenelg.
This position is not suitable for beginners. We need someone who is confident, fast and capable of independently running the coffee station in a high-volume environment.
Requirements:
- Strong previous experience as a Barista in a busy café
- Must be able to handle approximately 4–5 kg of coffee per day
- Able to run the coffee station independently
- Must be available to work approximately 25–35 hours per week
- Fast and consistent during busy periods
- Excellent milk texturing and coffee-making skills
- Confident with grinder adjustment and maintaining coffee quality
- Able to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Clean, organised and able to keep the coffee station running smoothly
- Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
- Good communication and customer service skills
We are looking for someone who can step into a busy environment and work confidently with minimal supervision.
