Grazia is eagerly seeking motivated and experienced full time Wait Staff, who are passionate about Italian food, wine and culture. The ideal candidate has proven experience in delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working in a fast paced and agile environment. We are a team of hospitality professionals who want to meet enthusiastic, like-minded people, to join us.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working in a modern and fast paced à la carte restaurant service.
- Punctual and reliable.
- High presentation and grooming standards.
- An eye for detail and exceptional customer service.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility in working hours/shifts - available to cover lunch and/or dinner service, seven days a week.
- Sound understanding of both written and verbal English. Italian language skills are preferred.
- Current Victorian RSA certificate.
- Familiar with using Bepoz POS and Open Table booking system.
