We are looking for talented and motivated In-House Legal Counsels to join our network in Sydney. Working with Clario, you will provide expert legal advice and support Clients across multiple industries and specialisations. You will work closely with our clients to ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mitigate risks, and contribute to the overall success of their business.

The Role: Our client is a technology leader with multiple opportunities to join their in-house legal team across general commercial law, transactions and regulatory compliance. With fixed-term contracts ranging from 6-12 months with a high possibility of extension, this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to premier brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice on a wide broad range of commercial matters, including corporate, commercial, intellectual property, marketing compliance, technology, and data privacy.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.




- Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to assist the Client in achieving their strategic and commercial objectives.
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

About You:

- A qualified lawyer with 5-10 PQE within an in-house legal team or reputable law firm.
- You have previous experience working with a reputable law firm or in-house legal team.
- Strong knowledge of Australian law and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collabroatively as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
- You must have full working rights in Australia. We cannot support sponsorship at this time.
