We are seeking a long term and enthusiastic staff member who thrives on early morning starts!!
You WILL be trained for a 4am opening shift, and be expected to fulfil multiple of these early starts per week.
Shifts may range between 4am and 2pm- flexibility is preferred. However study rosters and other commitments may be taken into consideration for the right applicant.
You MUST be able to work independently and productively
**This position is not suitable for high school students or VISA holders*
Barista skills are ESSENTIAL
You will be part of a small, cohesive team. Hours are fairly set- but flexibility is required to cover on occasion. If you are fast on your feet, able to multitask, have great customer service and are able to work well in a fast-paced friendly environment, we would like you on our team!
We offer flexibility to work a rotating roster, but you MUST be able to work hours varying between 4am and 2pm

Salary: From $33- $58 per hour (over 21years)
To be considered for this role you should:
Own transport- drivers license
Be available on weekdays
Have some experience as a Café All-rounder
Be outgoing and friendly
Experience working in a fast paced and high-volume environment
Able to work well under pressure
Follow instructions
Work well in a team environment
Outgoing and have a friendly personality
Must have positive attitude, good work ethic, team player and communication skills and willing to assist in all necessary daily café duties
Have a passion for hospitality, food, coffee and customer service
Be available on weekdays and some weekend availability essential
