The Staff Manager will be responsible for the full employee cycle, from recruitment to onboarding, to fulfilling all tasks and functions relating to managing active staff, right through to staff exits. Must be well-versed in UAE labour laws.

Immediate joiners currently available in the UAE are preferred

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Driving license - Mandatory
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A team player with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Must possess touch typing skills with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

- Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks
- Employee Records: Update and maintain accurate employee records in HR databases, ensuring compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- HR Correspondence: Draft and distribute HR-related correspondence,



such as notices, and memos.
- Operations: Handle general inquiries related to HR and operations. Coordinate accommodations and travel arrangements for employees as needed. Oversee the distribution and management of employee uniforms and equipment.
- Employee Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and other general HR matters
- Event Support: Assist in organizing HR-related events such as training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws by keeping records up-to-date and assisting with audits or HR reporting.
- General Office Duties: Assist with general office management tasks such as ordering supplies, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office organization
