WE ARE HIRING – NDIS DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS

Absolute Support Care is looking for passionate, reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in Mount Gambier & Millicent, SA.

We support NDIS participants, including people with complex support needs and behaviours, and are looking for team members who are committed to providing person-centred, respectful and high-quality care.

About the Role

Support Workers may assist participants with: Personal care and daily living activities

- Community access and participation
- Respite and Supported Independent Living support
- Meal preparation and household tasks
- Medication support, where appropriately trained
- Supporting participants with complex needs and behaviours
- Implementing individual support and behaviour support plans

We are looking for people who are:

- Caring, reliable and qualified
- Patient and respectful
- Comfortable working with people with complex support needs
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Available for flexible shifts,



including weekends and evenings
- Previous NDIS/disability experience is highly regarded

Requirements

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where required
- First Aid & CPR
- Relevant NDIS mandatory training
- Disability/individual support qualification or relevant experience is desirable
- Current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle preferred

Experience with complex behaviours, restrictive practices or high-intensity support is highly regarded.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.28 per hour
