You’ll be the person in the office keeping things moving. A lot of what you do will be talking to customers - people who’ve called in asking about a recent hot water system, a solar quote, or an electrical job. Your job is to have a genuine conversation with them, figure out what they need, and get them booked in.

You’ll also be following up on quotes that haven’t been accepted yet - a lot of sales are won simply by being the person who picks up the phone and checks in. And when the Directors are out on the road, you’re the one holding the fort.

Day to day that means:

- Taking inbound calls and converting enquiries into bookings
- Following up open quotes and keeping the sales pipeline moving
- Calling past customers about upgrades, service needs, or new products




- Helping customers navigate finance options and processing their finance applications for larger purchases such as solar, battery, and hot water systems
- Managing warranty claims end-to-end - logging them, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers, keeping customers informed, and seeing each claim through to resolution
- Managing the inbox and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Helping coordinate jobs between the office and the field team
- General admin - yes, it’s part of the role, but it’s not the whole role

Pay: $52,880.00 – $100,000.00 per year
