We’re now seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Manager to lead our team and continue nurturing the positive, community‑focused environment that makes our service so special.

As Centre Manager, you’ll be the heart of our centre’s leadership.

You’ll guide and mentor a dedicated team of Educators, build strong relationships with families, and lead a service where children can thrive. Every day will bring opportunities to support your team, celebrate achievements, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.

In this role, you will:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire Educators to build a positive, collaborative culture
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Coordinate staffing and weekly rosters
- Drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with the Management Team to achieve the centre’s goals
- Champion a culture where Educators feel heard, appreciated, and empowered
- Support occupancy growth while maintaining our warm, welcoming environment

About You

You’re an experienced early childhood leader who understands that people come first.

You lead with authenticity, kindness, and professionalism. You enjoy supporting others, building genuine relationships, and creating an environment where children and educators can flourish.

Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a childcare centre management role




- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
- Experience managing occupancy and supporting centre growth
- ACECQA‑approved qualification (Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor)
- Current Blue Card / Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Completed Geccko Child Safety Training
- Experience with QIP and SIP development
- Assessment & Rating experience highly regarded
