Little.K Dessert in West End is looking for an experienced Barista All-Rounder to join our team.

The role is primarily focused on barista duties; however, you will also be required to assist with general all-rounder duties during your shift.

Requirements:

- Basic latte art skills are essential, as the majority of our customers dine in

- Confident with espresso extraction, coffee setup, grinder adjustment and troubleshooting

- Able to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment and multitask, especially during busy mornings with large groups

- Minimum of 3 months of café experience in Australia

- Confident in taking orders and communicating with customers in English

- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Reliable, enthusiastic and passionate about your work

- Legally eligible to work in Australia

- Saturday: 6:30am – 3:30pm (Casual rate: $39.66/hour)

- Sunday:



7:00am – 12:00pm (Casual rate: $39.66/hour)

- Pay increases may be offered based on experience and work performance
