Position reports to: Director

POSITION OBJECTIVES

· Cost and project estimation through accurate take-offs, budgeting, and tender submissions.

· Technical sales support and client liaison with architects, builders, pre-casters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

· Production and operations coordination to manage costs, track productivity, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Tender Support & Project Costing

· Analyse drawings and elevations for project scope.

· Prepare take-offs and BOQs for facings and form liners.

· Estimate project costs, including materials, labour, and freight.

· Prepare and submit quotations and technical proposals.

· Liaise with architects, builders, and pre-casters on project requirements.

· Provide technical support, value engineering, and product samples.

Project Planning & Delivery Management

· Convert approved quotations into factory orders.

· Develop production schedules and delivery milestones.

· Forecast material, labour, and production requirements.

· Monitor project costs and budget performance.

· Track project milestones and production progress.





· Implement solutions to address budget and schedule risks.

Operation & Production Support

· Facilitate communication between clients and factory teams.

· Coordinate production activities, incoming materials, and factory orders.

· Monitor factory workflow, production capacity, and project progress.

· Track productivity data and labour performance for scheduling and estimating.

· Prepare quality assurance and production documentation.

· Support quality control and fabrication procedures.

· Coordinate freight bookings and delivery schedules.

· Manage stage payments and stock releases.

Administration Support

· Send and track purchase orders.

· Manage supplier and procurement activities.

· Coordinate freight bookings and deliveries.

· Monitor builder and pre-caster project progress.

· Manage staged payments and stock releases.

· Prepare final project cost variance reports.

Pay: $95,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
