We are looking for a Technical Product Developer who is highly experienced, commercially minded and obsessed with getting the details right.

About the Role

As our Technical Product Developer, you will be the technical expert behind the product, working closely with Design, Production, Buying and our offshore supplier network to ensure every garment is developed, fitted and delivered to the highest standard.

You will take ownership of the technical journey from initial development through to production, ensuring the finished product reflects the original design vision, SHEIKE quality standards and commercial objectives.

What will you do?

- Own the fit, construction and technical development of garments across each collection.

- Create detailed and accurate tech packs for offshore manufacturers.

- Measure, assess and monitor garments through prototype, development, pre-production and shipment sample stages.

- Lead and contribute to fit sessions, translating technical improvements and alterations into clear, commercially practical instructions for suppliers.





- Partner closely with our Design team to refine styles and ensure the technical execution brings the creative vision to life.

- Advise on fabrications, washes, finishes, construction techniques and garment development.

- Manage the critical path from Design through to Production handover, ensuring deadlines are met and issues are resolved early.

- Manage sample tracking, development processes and Production handover.

- Work closely with Design and Production to identify challenges, troubleshoot and find solutions.

- Develop and continuously evolve SHEIKE standards across garment construction, measuring, fitting, alterations and pattern blocks.

- Partner with Design to source recent fabrications and explore fabric manipulations.

- Own and maintain the fabric library, ensuring information is organised, current and accessible.

- Work with Design and Production on factory allocation for new developments, ensuring the right supplier is selected for each product.

- Apply strong knowledge of fabrications, printing, dyeing, washes and garment construction throughout the development process.

- Build strong relationships with our offshore supplier network, including our partners in China.

- Support costing conversations and follow up initial costings throughout development, identifying and communicating changes from prototype through to development samples.





- Work collaboratively across the business to ensure every garment is delivered as intended.

We are looking for someone who brings technical expertise, commercial thinking and an incredible eye for detail.

You will be:

- Experienced in technical product development within fashion.

- Highly knowledgeable across garment construction, fit, fabrics and production.

- Confident working across multiple collections and tight seasonal deadlines.

- A strong communicator who can build trusted relationships with Design, Production and offshore suppliers.

- Naturally organised, proactive and solution-focused.

- Commercially aware, with an understanding of quality, cost and delivery.

- Someone who can confidently challenge, problem solve and find a better way.

- Comfortable working with Excel and Adobe Illustrator.

- Passionate about fashion and genuinely invested in creating beautiful, high-quality product.
