Mobile Experts is looking for experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technicians & Sales Consultants to join our team in Hurstville and multiple locations across NSW.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' mobile phone repair experience
- Confident repairing iPhone, Samsung and tablets
- Solid sales, upselling and customer service skills
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Available Thursday nights and weekends
- Must have valid Australian work rights
Main Responsibilities:
- Mobile phone and tablet repairs
- Diagnose faults and provide repair solutions
- Assist customers with products and repairs
- Upsell accessories, protection and repair services
- Process payments and customer enquiries
- Work towards sales and repair targets
