Operating 7 days a week - we love our teams and what we do!
About the Role
With a great reputation for fast and friendly service, Benesse Busselton is looking for people who are passionate about quality coffee, fast friendly service and leaving a lasting impression on customers!
Successful candidates will be comfortable working under pressure in a fast manner, able to problem solve and use initiative.
Successful candidates will have:
- 12 months of experience in a similar style café with high coffee volume (50kgs+ per week)
- Ability to demonstrate high level of barista knowledge, including calibrating grinders, dosing/extraction and machine maintenance
- Perfected skills in milk texturing (latte art is preferred but not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills that assist you in forming relationships with your customers
- Ability to stay calm and thrive during busy periods while maintaining consistency in coffee standards
- Able to work well in a team
- All-round café experience
- Flexible availability including one weekend day
