Head Chef - Meraki Hospitality Group - Central Coast

Meraki Hospitality Group is a Central Coast hospitality collective behind some of the region's most loved venues, including Kefi, Little Miss Terrigal, Motel Mezza, Ocean Restaurant & Bar and Little Seed Catering. Each venue has its own identity, menu and energy, and together they make up a group that's growing steadily, with more opportunities opening up for the right leaders.

We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team.

The Role

We want a Head Chef who is a robust leader and a skilled, hands-on cook. You'll lead your kitchen team, working beside them during service to keep consistency and quality high. Team size varies by venue and season. Calm communication, clear standards and the ability to motivate people are key.

This is a hands-on position. You'll be actively involved in service and training. Availability across evenings and weekends is essential, though flexibility grows as you build a capable, well-trained team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, train and support your kitchen team
- Deliver consistent, high-quality food aligned with your venue's concept and standards
- Meet COGS, labour and ordering targets
- Maintain kitchen organisation,



compliance and presentation standards
- Build a positive, professional team culture
- Work closely with executive leadership on menu direction and operations

Pay: $95,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
