- Describe your experience providing administrative and reception support in a busy service environment. Include examples of appointment management, managing competing priorities, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Provide an example of how you have used your communication and interpersonal skills to support patients, clients, staff, or stakeholders.
Include a situation where you managed a difficult interaction or resolved a problem.
- Outline your experience using computer systems and software to support administrative functions. Include your proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and any experience working with healthcare or hospital information systems e.g. Cerner eMR, Consultmed.
- Describe how you maintain confidentiality and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Provide examples that demonstrate your professionalism, accountability, and collaboration.
