We are looking for a casual Chef de Partie to fill the gaps in our back of house roster. Hours may range from 15 - 25 hours per week. Chefs must be available to work a flexible roster including nights and weekends, in a outstanding working environment.
Essential Criteria:
- Must have more than two years experience in a similar role.
- Diploma in hospitality management or commercial cookery is desired
- An understanding of all areas
- High quality, fast paced food service
- Professional manner with all staff members
- Hard working, honest and reliable
- Scope for further training
Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
