SCHNAP Electric Products is a growing Australian electrical wholesaler supplying licensed electricians, contractors and businesses throughout Australia.

We are looking for a motivated, reliable and career-focused Sales & Customer Service person to join our Kingsgrove team.

This is a long-term career opportunity. We will invest considerable time in training the successful person, so we are looking for someone who genuinely wants to develop, take responsibility and grow with the business.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving electricians and trade customers at our sales counter
- Answering phone, email and WhatsApp enquiries
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- Following up customers and quotations
- Building relationships with current and existing customers
- Learning electrical products, brands and suppliers
- Helping customers identify suitable products and alternatives
- Processing online and click-and-collect orders
- Maintaining stock and merchandising
- Assisting dispatch during busy periods
- Taking ownership of customer enquiries from beginning to end

- Motivated to learn electrical products
- Sales-focused and comfortable following up customers
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Looking for a genuine long-term career, not simply a temporary position

Electrical wholesale, electrical, hardware, trade supply, construction supply or sales experience would be an advantage, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.

Pay: $68,000.00 – $72,000.00 per year
