Personal Trainer | Violet Town, VIC

**Keep What You Earn. Leads Provided. Real Support.**

- Violet Town, VIC | Casual | start immediately

- $40.17 to $55/hr (based on ongoing client hours), super and commission on top

- Climb to 20 to 30+ paid hours each week

## Imagine This

You show up to your sessions. Your bookings are already confirmed by your assistant. Notes from the last session are waiting before the client walks in. Your mentor helped you close five recent clients onto ongoing packages this month. Your hours are climbing, your rate is climbing, and you have not spent a dollar of your own money to make it happen.

**That is the job.**

## What We Hand You On Day One

It is a fair thing to wonder. Here is exactly what you get, spelled out:

**A diary that fills itself.** Our team runs the outreach so your week books out without you lifting a finger.

**Done for you systems.** Uniforms, business cards, trainer profile, client app and branding. All handled.

**Leads booked straight into your calendar.** 100+ in your first 12 weeks, while you are at home. We handle the outreach, the convincing and the booking. They show up ready to train.

**Backed from day one.** Branding, profile, app and admin set up for you before your first client.

**A real client app.** Messaging, appointments, programming, health stats and nutrition, all in one place.

## So What Is the Catch?

None, really. Just a bar to clear. This fits if you are:

- **Consistent.** You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.

- **Driven.** You are building a career here, not killing time between jobs.

- **Accountable.** You own your mistakes, fix them, and do not blame the gym, the client or the weather.

- **Open.** You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.

That standard rules some people out, and that is fine.

We want trainers who want to get great at this.

## Most PT Jobs Quietly Burn You Out. This One Does Not.

You got into this to coach. To change lives. To help people who actually need it.

Not for any of this:

- Beg people on Instagram to book a consult they cancel ten minutes before

- Watch your best clients leave because you had no time to actually program for them

- Play marketer, salesperson, accountant and admin while forgetting why you started

- Lose good prospects because there was no one to follow up while you were coaching

Most trainers burn out in six months because the business side kills them before they ever get good at coaching.

**Jamie Fitness exists to take all of that off your plate.**

## Who Fits This Role

- Ready to build something that actually lasts

- First Aid, CPR and Working With Children Check in place

- A strength first approach for normal, everyday clients

- Cert III and IV in Fitness, or finishing soon
