About Us

Qifeet Massage & Acupuncture Clinic is a well-established health clinic serving the Illawarra and Kiama communities from two locations. We provide professional remedial massage and acupuncture services that help clients manage pain, recover from injury and improve their overall health. We are looking for a skilled Massage Therapist to join our clinical team.

Position Overview

As a full-time Massage Therapist, you will deliver therapeutic and remedial massage treatments at our clinics. You will work closely with our clinical team to provide secure and effective treatment for clients with musculoskeletal pain, tension and injury-related conditions etc.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform remedial and therapeutic massage treatments, including deep tissue, trigger point and Chinese (Tuina) massage, tailored to each client's condition
- Conduct client consultations and assess health history, presenting complaints, areas of pain or tension, and treatment goals
- Develop, implement and review individual treatment plans,



and recommend follow-up treatments
- Apply appropriate therapeutic techniques and, where qualified, complementary therapies such as cupping and hot stone therapy
- Advise clients on aftercare, stretching, exercise and self-care to support recovery
- Maintain accurate and confidential client treatment records in accordance with privacy requirements
- Follow workplace health and safety, infection control and hygiene standards in the treatment rooms
- Work collaboratively with the clinic's other practitioners to support coordinated client care

Skills and Experience

- Related qualification in massage therapy or equivalent
- Relevant experience as a massage therapist in a clinical or therapeutic setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and remedial massage techniques
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; Mandarin is highly regarded
- Professional, reliable, empathetic and client-focused
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
